As a Bristol enthusiast for over 40 years being well known for specialising in the marque throughout the 70's and 80's and owning a 410 for many years for my personal use before up grading to a 411. I can clearly state this is the best example I have ever had the pleasure of owning. Finished in Balmoral Green with Red leather hide and Wilton carpets. Being totally restored from the chassis up in 2010 at enormous cost including a brand new engine. Full photographic evidence of the restoration which is very comprehensive, extensive service history and all bills available. Just fully serviced with brand new tyres and MOT.   Just Look At This 1949 Allard 81M Series. 4 seat Open Tourer. This impressive machine, having been the subject of a total nut and bolt body off restoration in the United States some 9 years ago, is purported to have been a Pebble Beach car but is undoubtedly a concours winner and probably the finest example to be found in existence. The engine, being offenhauser tuned with triple carburettors makes this powerful V8 a very exciting and torquey car to drive. She is finished in her original Allard livery of Flame Red with Beige double duck hood. Matching upholstery with contrasting biscuit carpets bound in Beige leather with striking Walnut woodwork and chrome wire wheels.
